    Superb

What I liked best was the proximity to the train station (next door to the main building). The staff were friendly and helpfull. The basr underneath has a comfatable atmosphere, welcoming all ages - good prices to.

    Fabulous

The people! So many nice people, the staff but also the people staying in there. I also liked the bar downstairs and the free breakfast! I'd recommend this place for people who won't be in he bed early :d

The breakfast was too early! Uhm... The door of our room was really noisy, and it wasn't very cool cos it was 8 bed room, and me and our friends like to party and stay up late (like 5 am or so) it wasn't nice for the rest of the people there trying to sleep :( also there could be kitchen, but we did alot with the microwave and the electric kettle in the chill out room :)

    Good

Great location if you want to see Greenwich and the lively neighbourhood nearby. Bar downstairs. Free wifi, lockers and clean beds.

Not close to London at all, wifi accessibility is very poor, staff are all working the bar at night, not the best place to meet people and shared showers and toilets are not very nice.

    Fabulous

The bar downstairs is great but the room was quiet and access to the hostel was very secure. Everything was clean and it was really close to Greenwich station!

My biggest complaint was that I asked staff for help getting a taxi, and what they actually called was a private hire car they clearly have a deal with, but they did not tell me. I was really surprised when the car came and it was not a taxi. The driver had some things in the backseat, did not know how to get to where I wanted to go, and it just felt really unprofessional. I think it is really bad that the staff set this up. We also had some problems with someone taking a bed in our room who should have been in another room - it meant the staff coming in, turning on the light, changing the sheets, etc. after most of us were already asleep. It was sorted out fairly quickly but it was inconvenient.

Great place to stay, friendly staff & pleasant athmosphere.

    Very good

    Comfortable, friendly staff, nice atmosphere

Very loud specially when the pub closes and drunk people ends up outside shouting and messing around (but they do offer you ear plugs). I didnt know that the hostel reception was actually inside st.christopher's inn at the bar, there is no sign on the outside!!! It took us maybe 20 minutes of wandering around the area to realize that!

    Exceptional

The close proximity to the Sart line of the London Marathon. The reasonableness of the cost of staying there. Easy access to the location. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The great food and prices.

    Superb

Close to DRL where u can catch the train towards London bridge (underground). Only 5 minutes walk to night bus 188 from down city of london.

I am not sure where u can easily get inside in the middle of the night when the bar is closed. It is so hard to find this hostel because the reception is inside the bar located in 1st floor of the building.

    Superb

    cosy warm rooms. breakfast included

Bathrooms cleaned when you needed to use them. ie first thing in the morning. Far too noisy in the bar area...2am!!

    Very good

I liked the bar downstairs. It was a nice hangout with some locals and cheap drinks.

Stairs, stairs, stairs! There are so many narrow wooden staircases here. If you have heavy luggage (especially if on wheels), do not book here.

    Good

the location is good. It is only two mins walk to DLR station. The room is quite clean.

1 very noisy because of bar downstairs; 2 the staff is cool and not helpful at all; 3 toilet is small; 4 only two tables in dining room that sometimes no seat at all; 5 difficult to find it

    Superb

assistants and guests are very nice and friendly. this hotel is next to greenwich station, so it is very convenient to get to there. you can also walk to the greenwich foot tunnel.

    Very good

We were 8 guys and we got a full room...soo it was fun staying all together...Hotel was right next to the dlr station, so it was easy to travel around...and this is a biggest advantage for those who are dependent on public transport....Another main thing is the budget - This is a very economical hotel when compared to other hostels around...Everything is good except the hotel staff who were unfriendly sometimes...

Not so friendly staff....It was like these guys were doing a favor answering our questions or helping us....there were no smiles at the bar/reception.....the room, locaiton, cost ..everything is nice...but customer service is lacking..

    Exceptional

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were bright and comfortable, very handy location for all forms of travel, very well priced. Unlike most hostels, showers were a joy to use!

    Guest rating

One of their staff-Liz- is energetic, friendly, resourceful and helpful all the way. We think she is a great asset to the company!

Shower was constantly disturbed with cold water and unstable flow of water. Plus there wasn't any temperature control device, which made my showering experience horrible. I wouldn't like to jump into showers without knowing my water temperature!
